How are you doing? Hmm... I hope you are doing well.
I know all things happen with you these days. You have a lot of things to strive for, don't you? However, you are losing your concentration because you cannot undertake any task for so long. Moreover, you usually get angry with yourself doing things hopelessly. Oh, that's bad but you can turn the tables. I have just come up with the resolution for you.
Firstly, you must meditate at once. There are a bunch of pros of meditation that you had experienced before. Being quiet and thinking of nothing, your mind will be refreshed and no longer worry too much about tons of deadlines ahead of you. I wonder why you are always so stressed about things you completely solve. Remember a saying: "if you can do something about it, don't worry about it. If you can't, don't worry about it." 😂 Next, set your goal once again. I think it has been a while since you last wrote down your plan. At the present you have to learn a lot on your laptop and phone. But try imagining how unique you are if you still maintain your writing habit on your handbook everyday. The feeling when you set your goal, just small one, then you attain it and reward yourself is really out of this world. I hope you will listen to me. And last but not least, do not say bad words, and do not think badly. Your life is as good as your mindset, and thoughts will result in action, so even if you just pretend to be positive, it still happens in the best way of it. Agree with me?
